Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 1 year of accounting or finance experience within a logistics environment
- Experience working with SAGE accounting software
- Experience handling and reconciling Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and time‑management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Accountant
- Capture and process financial transactions on SAGE
- Manage, verify, and reconcile Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
