A vacancy exists at Nashua (Pty)Ltd for a Junior Accountant, reporting to Financial Accountant, to be based in Woodmead.
MONTH END ACTUALS, JOURNALS AND FORECAST ACTUALS
- Process monthly journals and ensure that actual results per SAGE agrees to results reported
on Onestream - Submit monthly movement and provide reasons for variances
- Prepare and capture forecast results on Onestream
NCCF MONTHLY FINANCIALS AND DONATION SCHEDULES
- Process weekly schedules of the income received and expenditures, forward for review and
approval. - Resolve all related queries raised timeously
- Prepare invoices and S18A certificates where applicable for donors
- Prepare monthly reports reflecting movement in income and expenses
- Process VAT in accordance with SARS requirements
- Prepare and submit Tax returns in accordance with SARS requirements
