Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using Sage Online, including payroll administration
Prepare and submit statutory returns, including VAT, PAYE, EMP201 and EMP501
Prepare and submit annual Workmen's Compensation returns
Prepare and submit annual Department of Social Development returns
Manage complex VAT requirements applicable to a retirement village environment
Perform bank reconciliations and supplier reconciliations
Prepare general ledger reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
Manage petty cash processing and reconciliations
Assist with external audit requirements and year-end procedures
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
