We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive virtual support to our US-based clients. This role involves end-to-end bookkeeping, data analysis, and financial reconciliation. You will act as a direct point of contact for foreign executives, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and expense management.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Perform bookkeeping entries, account reconciliation, and data processing.
- Expense Tracking: Match expense receipts and generate weekly expense reports using designated accounting software.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Client Communication: Communicate directly with US Executives to clarify entries and resolve issues.
