Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial tasks, help ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and journal entries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Help with the preparation of tax documents and compliance reporting
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager
