Job Description
The Junior Accounting Officer at Octal Philippines Inc. assists in managing the company's day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares regulatory and internal reports accurately and ensures submission within the given deadline
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Perform monthly bank account reconciliations
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Help manage payroll records and government compliance reporting (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
