About the role
Seamaritime Agency Pte Ltd is a ship agency providing maritime and port agency services in Singapore and the region. We are looking for a responsible and motivated individual to join our Finance Team as an Accounts Receivable Assistant.
Key responsibilities- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Monitor and update customer payment records
- Follow up on outstanding invoices by email and phone
- Match incoming payments against invoices
- Prepare customer statements when required
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
- Assist with month-end accounting tasks
- Learn and use Microsoft Business Central (BC) for daily accounting work
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties assigned by Management
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
