As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
- Supporting various departments with administrative tasks
- Handling agendas, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Ensuring proper filing and data management
- Assisting with internal communication and basic logistics

- You are graduated in Administration, Office Management, Languages, Business, or equivalent
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good command of English
