Position Overview
We are looking for an Analyst, Investments to support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across Pier 4’s growing multi-family residential portfolio. This role plays a key part in underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence, and the preparation of materials used to inform investment decisions and support investor communications. Reporting to the Manager, Investments, the Analyst will be responsible for collecting information, performing research, completing detailed financial and sensitivity analysis, and supporting acquisition, disposition, and financing activities across the portfolio.
