Job Scope- Install, set up, and demonstrate advanced microscopy systems
- Provide user training and technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot equipment and application-related issues
- Support workshops, seminars, and product launches
- Prepare biological samples for demonstrations and evaluations
- Work closely with sales and regional teams to support customers
- Min. Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Optics, or related disciplines
- Strong interest in scientific instruments and technology
- Hands‑on, analytical, and willing to learn
- Comfortable interacting with customers and providing technical support
