Job Description
- Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register accurately and timely.
- Record fixed asset acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and retirements in accordance with accounting policies.
- Calculate and process monthly depreciation expenses.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding asset purchases, movements, and disposals.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Assist in inventory counting and asset tagging activities.
- Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Accounting Manager.
