Junior Associate - Disputes
Boutique Disputes Firm in Singapore seeks a Junior Associate for their Team. Role will include significant responsibilities on litigations and arbitrations, including hearings and court appearances.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the partners in representing clients in commercial disputes
- Draft pleadings, submissions, and correspondence
- Conduct legal diligence and research and participate in case analysis
- Assist in depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations
- Manage case files and liaise with clients and experts
- Responsible for case calendar, manage deadlines
Requirements
- Singapore qualified lawyer with 1+ years PQE in disputes
- Strong academic background
- Experience drafting and reviewing court filings and case documents
- Passion to build a career in commercial disputes work
