Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated junior associate to join our dynamic and prestigious legal firm.
Key Responsibilities
• Representing clients in court
• Prepare legal opinion and briefs
• Conducting research and providing opinions on a diversity of technical and non-technical legal and associated issues
• Regulatory studies and legislative reviews and interpretation
• Preparation, review and drafting of corporate documentation and reports
• Analyzing and drafting contractual agreements
• Liaising with regulatory agencies
• Provide counsel regarding business transactions
• Assisting in negotiation, making presentations and leading some meetings
• Perform any other function/task as and when assigned
Qualification Required & Experience
• Completed pupilage at a recognized firm
