We’re hiring a Junior BD Operator to support our outbound growth team.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, good at research, and wants to grow in B2B sales, lead generation, and outbound marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Find potential agency leads using Apollo, LinkedIn, and other tools
- Research agency founders, CEOs, COOs, Partners, and Heads of Operations
- Check if each lead matches our ideal customer profile
- Find useful personalization notes for each prospect
