Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handles Accounts Payable System
- Prepares journal vouchers
- Ensure timely processing for payment of government taxes and accomplish necessary BIR forms
- Prepares balance sheet analysis and reconciliation of GL against SL balances
- Preparation of other reports: detailed register (with SI and with DR); weekly schedule of raw materials deliveries
- Perform other tasks that may be deemed necessary to support his/her immediate superior
Qualifications
- BS Accountancy / Financial Management
- Knowledgeable and competent in accounting principles, practices, and government regulations
- Able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- A minimum of 6 months of experience is an advantage
