Key Responsibilities Manage all brand communications, assets & collateral to ensure brand standards are upheld and brand remains relevant, aspirational, innovative & desirable. Manage all digital channels & touch-points including social media, email, website, online & others; create content, schedule posts, engage & grow communities. Manage print & physical in-store collateral for campaigns and promotions. Manage third-party digital channels for online ordering, payments, rewards, coupons & vouchering. Manage public relations, relationships with ambassadors, influencers, media & stakeholders; ensure positive brand endorsement. Manage consumer face-to-face engagements and activations to communicate brand messages and build relationships. Manage customer relationships & community management across all touch-points.
