Role: Business Analyst
Duration: 12 Months (renewable)
Location: Singapore
We are seeking for a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to support business and technology initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, and assist in delivering system enhancements within the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work with business users and IT teams to understand project needs
- Prepare documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Support system enhancement and digital initiatives
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and execution
