Job Description
Role Objective:
Reporting to the Delivery Director, the SDR primarily works with the Account Leads and SDR Managers to ensure successful delivery of key campaigns, maintaining outstanding client satisfaction for the duration of the project. They will generate early-stage revenue opportunities on behalf of EngageTech’s customers, act as a strategic partner to assigned clients, consulting on lead generation, sales processes, and providing specialist industry insight. This is a pivotal role in managing the relationship between the Delivery unit and the Client, assisting the Accounts team to plan, execute and manage the client interface professionally at every stage of the project.
