Job Description

The Junior Product Category Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of perishable categories within the supply chain. This role ensures product availability, quality standards, and margin targets are met while minimizing waste and maintaining cold chain integrity from factories to shelf.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • '• Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify, onboard, and manage supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs; maintain backup supplier network.
  • • Demand Planning: Develop accurate demand forecasts considering seasonality, promotions, and trends; set reorder points and manage daily/weekly replenishment.
  • • Supplier and Range performance analysis:
