Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to the change management team to implement plans and initiatives in accordance with the chosen change management methodology, in projects and across the organisation.
- Maintain good working relationships with project team members and key stakeholders.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the projects (change initiatives), challenges, and potential project risks.
- Drive the organisation culture.
- Provide leadership to employees within the organisation, creating a winning culture and high morale. Lead as an Ambassador and executor of Change.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Ideally 1 year experience in the change management and project environment.
- Ideally a Certification in Change Management.
- Must have either Diploma or Degree in Communication, Psychology, or Industrial Psychology.
