Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in setting up and operating CNC machines under supervision
- Load materials, set tooling, and support machine preparation
- Follow CAD drawings and basic toolpath instructions
- Monitor machine operation and report any issues or errors
- Assist with finishing, quality checks, and basic measurements
- Support maintenance, cleaning, and general workshop duties
- Learn machine processes, tooling, and production workflows
- Work closely with senior operators and production team
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years’ CNC operating or manufacturing experience (advantageous)
- Basic understanding of CNC machines and workshop processes
- Ability to read simple technical drawings (advantageous)
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
