We are seeking a Junior Project Cost Estimator to support major public-sector construction programs with LAUSD (Los Angeles Unified School District). This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals looking to grow within large-scale educational facility projects.
Salary Range: $115K/Year-$130K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare independent cost estimates for construction projects
- Assist with change order pricing and negotiations
- Support claim analysis and cost evaluations
- Review contractor proposals for accuracy and accountability
- Develop detailed estimates based on drawings, specs, and RFIs
