My client is a reputable and dynamic law firm in South West London, currently on the lookout for a junior conveyancer/ conveyancing solicitor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Assist senior conveyancers with the preparation and review of property documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other professionals. Conduct property searches and handle land registry procedures. Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
