We’re hiring a Junior CRM Administrator in Madrid to support our sales team and help our agents get the most out of our technology.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line CRM support to our sales network: resolve incidents and answer day-to-day questions.
Onboard and train new users (agents, assistants, managers).
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and management teams.
Document processes and create user guides.
Work closely with our Product & Tech team to flag improvements and bugs.
You’ll work on a native CRM built in-house by Dils , with full training provided from day one.
Requirements
Must-have
1‑2 years in CRM admin, sales operations, functional support or similar roles.
Spanish and English at professional level (C1+).
Organized, hands‑on, and great at explaining things to non‑technical users.
