Role
- Producing KPI dashboards associated with the Marketing area
- Identifying relevant segments to be worked on by the Marketing team
- Producing operational dashboards to analyze the productivity and efficiency of current processes
- Organizing the data received in order to produce reports (e.g. cost control and performance reports) for the Marketing area
- Supporting the Marketing Team Leader in implementing potential improvements to the reporting processes
