Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Operation to support our fast-growing online business across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, hands-on, and interested in learning how eCommerce operations work behind the scenes. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily execution, campaign setup, and data tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1.Platform Operations (Daily Execution)
- Upload and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SKU setup)
- Update pricing and product information across platforms
- Assist in setting up vouchers, bundles, and promotional tools
- Ensure all listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with campaign requirements
