Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Leadership
- Act as a definitive subject matter partner to the operational business, providing dedicated support to senior project teams.
- Horizon-scan for upcoming project bottlenecks and interpret their impact, ensuring timelines are proactively managed and ahead of the curve.
- Architect, implement, and continuously improve project documentation, ensuring risk assessments, schedules, and budgets are dynamically integrated into daily operations.
Culture & Engagement Leadership
- Act as the architect and visible champion of Medik8’s project delivery culture.
- Inspire and engage colleagues at all levels, transforming complex technical project requirements into a shared organisational value.
