Job Description
As a member of Forvis Mazars Asia‑Pacific, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you will be involved in the ongoing support, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle NetSuite (cloud‑based ERP system) for various Forvis Mazars entities.
Support enhancements and maintenance to the NetSuite ERP setup in the region:
- Act as one of the key points of contact for NetSuite‑related matters raised by various Forvis Mazars offices
- Support discussions with end‑users to understand business requirements and enhancement requests
- Assist in system configuration and testing when necessary
- Ensure requests from various offices are addressed in a timely manner
- Support enhancement activities to align NetSuite functionalities with business requirements
- Provide quality feedback and system support to end‑users
- Conduct recurring ERP system maintenance tasks
