At John Jacob Interiors, we offer a holistic approach to design from architectural detailing to furnishing and we’re looking for a Junior Interior Designer with a passion for creating timeless, elegant spaces to join our award-winning team.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in selecting furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, and accessories
- Help prepare FF&E schedules, mood boards, and presentation documents
- Source products and request quotes from suppliers
- Track deliveries, and supplier timelines
- Maintain organized records of invoices, purchase orders, and samples
- Assist with site visits and installation coordination
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding updates
- Ensure items align with design intent, budget, and timelines
