Responsibilities SERVICE & REPAIR Ensure all required tools, parts and PPE are prepared before departing for any service or repair Wear required PPE at all times when visiting customer sites Attend to planned services according to the approved Service Schedule Complete services in line with SOPs or OEM Maintenance Schedules Complete a job card for every service or repair, listing all parts used, calibration equipment used and completing all required fields Obtain customer sign‑off on job cards before leaving the site Report all issues identified, document them on the job card and obtain approval from line manager before performing any work outside the service plan Submit job cards to the CE Admin team within 48 hours of completi...
