Job Description
The Junior Finance Specialist is responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions across the organization. This includes overseeing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, tax filings, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role also involves resolving discrepancies, coordinating with various departments and divisions, and supporting operational accounting needs—including inventory and financial management.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and month/year-end close.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll operations end-to-end, including computation, disbursement, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Handle A/P and A/R processes, ensuring proper classification, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
