Hire Resolves client is looking for a Junior Financial Accountant to support the finance department by ensuring seamless financial transactions, accurate record-keeping, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and reconcile them with purchase orders and goods receipts.
- Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payments.
- Manage vendor payments and account details.
- Assist in external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulations.
- Monitor and update debtor credit applications and information.
- Assist the senior accountant with daily accounting tasks.
