We are based in Southern Suburbs (Westlake Business Park) and looking for an administrator to join our team. Experience can be an advantage but the right person that trainable and keen to learn is more important. Approach Administration is an administrative office that assists financial planners. We are a close and smallish team of 9 people
Before applying please ensure that you meet the following criteria:
minimum 1-2 years experience in an administrative role
minimum qualification of a matric or equivalent to a matric certificate
you need to work well under pressure and be able to adapt to new challenges
you need to enjoy being efficient.
a need to be challenged and learn every day
needs to be able to work in a team and also alone at times
good communication skills both over the phone and in email
fluent in English, Afrikaans would be an advantage
very comfortable on a keyboard
