Job Title: Junior HR Business Partner (with Executive Support)

Role Summary
The Junior HRBP partners closely with the Regional HRBP and business leaders to support people processes, talent, performance, workforce planning, and HR operations for designated client groups. In addition, 20% of the role provides administrative and executive support to senior leaders (VP/GM level), ensuring smooth coordination, scheduling, and documentation. This role is ideal for a high‑potential HR professional who wants to grow into a full HRBP while supporting senior leadership operations.
