Job Description

The Junior IT Specialist is primarily responsible for the technical implementation and deployment of client automation systems. The role will be the technical backbone of client delivery, transforming business requirements into fully operational CRM environments, websites, landing pages, AI chatbots, and sophisticated automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Implementation & Configuration: Execute end‑to‑end setup and configuration of CRM systems (Magic AI) for clients across multiple industries, ensuring optimal workflow architecture and data structure.
  • Digital Asset Development: Design and build conversion‑optimized websites, landing pages, and digital properties that align with client brand guidelines and business objectives.
