Job Description

Our client based in Bedfordview JHB is seeking a dynamic Junior IT Technician to join their team in the logistics industry.

Minimum requirements:

  • Provide first- and second-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently

  • Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices to ensure business continuity in a 24/7 environment

  • Install, configure, and support software including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications

  • Manage and resolve incidents end-to-end, ensuring timely closure and user satisfaction

  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, DHCP, DNS) to maintain connectivity

  • Support Microsoft Windows environments and assist with server/Exchange-related issues
