Responsibilities- Test IT equipment (PCs, laptops, servers) for functionality and compliance
- Perform secure data wiping and physical destruction per industry standards
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on decommissioned equipment
- Track assets and document testing/destruction processes
- Package and ship IT equipment safely
- Visit client sites to collect and process IT assets
- Basic IT hardware knowledge, troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of data destruction protocols (NIST/DoD)
- Ability to learn and follow technical procedures
- Physical ability to handle equipment
