Junior Land Development Manager POSITION INFO:
Duties:
- Lead the development, implement and monitor the entire development cycle for service excellence and long-term sustainability.
- Investigate and Analyse development opportunities and finding solutions.
- Prepare project feasibilities and budgets.
- Prepare accurate and professional reports.
- Oversee property development projects, including processes, stakeholders, consultants and contractor relationships, management and liaison.
- Risk mitigation and delivery within budget.
- Manage accurate and comprehensive documentation, which includes but is not limited to consultant, contractor and service level agreements.
