Proven sales and brokering background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems). Driver’s license SKILLS Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of local real estate market and rental trends Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Customer-focused with a positive attitude Registered with the PPRA for current year Drivers Licence and own Transport a necessity.
