Junior Legal Counsel (M/F/X)

Responsibilities
- Work on a broad range of legal matters in close cooperation with internal teams based in Spain, France, Switzerland and Germany
- Review and verify legal documentation provided by customers and subcontractors
- Draft and renew commercial agreements, as well as update our internal databases
- Support the review of commercial and corporate agreements
- Contribute to the drafting, updating and management of internal legal policies
- Contribute to legal research on various topics to support other departments and monitor legal developments impacting the business
- Support the development and monitoring of GDPR compliance
- Contribute to the deployment and follow-up of the Group’s CSR action plan
