Key Responsibilities
- Draft and dispatch legal notices
- Organize and maintain legal documentation and records
- Handle franchise agreement drafting, renewals, and compliance
- Assist in managing internal company data and ensuring legal conformity
- Liaise with internal departments to fulfill legal requirements
- Support litigation and coordinate with vendors on legal matters
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
- Excellent research, legal drafting, and communication abilities
- Familiarity with contract drafting and corporate compliance is advantageous
