Job Description
This busy Personal Injury Team is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join the team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will deal with a range of personal injury claims on behalf of insurance companies, primarily in respect of motor, public liability and employer liability claims.
Key responsibilities:
Acting upon instructions, to prepare and investigate the facts surrounding the claim including Interviewing witnesses, preparing statements and instruct/liaise with expert witnesses.To obtain instructions and to follow through to research resolution.To prepare reports for clients, ensuring that all relevant information is gathered and appropriately collated in case management systems.To draft letters, court documents and other written submissions.To comply with in house billing and financial requirements, specifically the rendering and recovery of fees.To be considered for this role you should be at the NQ – 4 years’ PQE level a...
