This position will support the Logistics Manager for coordinating logistics activities across different value chains in the Southeast Asia region, focusing initially on ocean-going vessels. In this role, coordination with the commercial team helps to maximize the value of the trading books.
Main Accountabilities- Coordinate with the commercial team, destination office, Global Logistics/origin/shippers and freight on all shipment planning and issues.
- Monitor shipments at loading or discharge ports to ensure smooth execution and meet requirements; notify any potential or realized risks or issues to the Value Chain to resolve.
- Create and update all shipment planning/changes.
