BTG Eddison’s is seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Surveyor to join our Asset Management team in Leeds.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals currently working in a mechanical or electrical engineering role and studying towards a BTEC, HNC, or HND in building services or an engineering-related discipline.
Working alongside experienced surveyors, you will support the delivery of mechanical and electrical asset surveys, plant condition assessments, and asset verification across a diverse portfolio of buildings.
Full training, mentoring, and long‑term development opportunities are provided.
In addition, we offer opportunities for the right candidate to progress through formal apprenticeship pathways in building services, surveying, or related technical disciplines.
