Educated to a degree level or equivalent Excellent command of English Experience of programme / project management Proven experience of using Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Marketo or Pardot) to setup and execute email campaigns / nurture programs Experience of using webinar technologies (e.g. GoToWebinar or ON24) to run cross-regional webinars Knowledge of Salesforce.com use or administration is desirable Familiarity with additional web analytics tools such as Google Analytics Strong aptitude for attention to detail / operational processes Effective time-management skills when under pressure and dealing with a multitude of varying stakeholders Holds a strong interest in customer experience and understand Marketing business strategy Strong leadership and relationship management capabilities Required Skills:
