Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible to develop the apparel, bag and shoes category's assortment.
- Driving the process of product development (coordinating with garment factory).
- Sourcing and managing the merchandise mix (create assortment and collection) to achieve targeted sales and profit.
- Creating new ideas to expand the product's market.
- Increasing market share.
- Identify and recommended resources in sourcing new ideas, and conduct ongoing competitor research/ trend analysis.
- Monitoring merchandise performance (Stock and Sales analysis).
- analyse and make decisions using retail math.
- Planning Merchandise clearance.
- Prepare and provide Merchandise performance report including trend analysis to support future plan.
- Collaborate across team to ensure the data support and align merchandising plan with business objective plan.
