Job Description
We are looking for a Junior to Mid-level Developer to join our new Malaysia hub to build new features and provide global 3rd-level support. This role is a mix of development and on-call readiness. You will implement new features in .NET 10 while participating in 24/7 support rotations to learn how enterprise-grade software behaves in the real world.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Call Support: Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, investigating technical issues and providing code-level resolutions.
- Technical Writing: Document bug fixes and feature updates in the internal Knowledge Base for global handovers.
- Continuous Learning: Work under senior experts to further develop your technical skills.
What We’re Looking For
