Job Description
We are hiring a Junior Operations Specialist to support daily operations across multiple departments within our solar organization. This is an entry level operations role designed for someone with a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a professional presence. Solar experience is not required. We will train on all technical aspects. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, manage conflict, and take ownership of
tasks. This role will rotate and support different operational teams including Interconnection, Project Management, Permitting, Inspections, and Scheduling. You will act as a coordination point between internal teams, customers, utilities, and partners to help keep projects moving forward.
