Junior or Intermediate Architectural Designer
Montreal
You will develop architectural concepts of diverse nature and scope to meet the needs of clients. Multi-residential, hotels, spas, institutional or industrial buildings…there is something for everyone!
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and requirements
- Produce programs and feasibility studies
- Develop architectural and design concepts
- Prepare high quality presentations for clients
- Work closely with the project management team
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the project
- University degree in architecture
- 0-5 years or more of experience in architectural design
- Be a member in good standing of the OAQ
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Enscape
- Creativity, client orientation, sense of aesthetic, rigor and communication skills
