About Us CarboNet is currently seeking a Junior Process Engineer – Operations & Scale-Up at our Delta, BC facility. CarboNet specializes in clean chemistry for industrial water treatment, with a focus on innovating new polymers and chemical processes. Our engineering team is responsible for scaling up laboratory processes into full‑scale production systems. We’re looking for a hands‑on, energetic individual to help us bridge the gap between engineering design and daily production.
The successful candidate will be ready to learn, have a can‑do attitude, strong work ethic and be keen to grow with our business. In this role, you will be the primary link between our engineering designs and the production floor. Your focus will be on the physical assembly, operation, and optimization of scale‑up equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly before being handed over to the production team.
